The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim could be released in Q2 2025 with a powerful display and camera specs. Leaker Gadgetsdata revealed key details about display size, camera specs, processor, and battery.
The Galaxy S25 Slim could sport a 6.66-inch display. Notably, the Galaxy S25 Plus is expected to be equipped with the same size screen.
Samsung could equip the S25 Slim with Snapdragon 8 Elite. Qualcomm’s latest SoC brings Oryon CPU as well as enhanced GPU and NPU.
If the rumor is correct, the S25 Slim will match other S25 lineup models in terms of performance, with core CPU frequency reaching up to 4.47GHz.
In terms of optics, the S25 Slim could get a triple rear camera setup. However, the device will outshine the S25 and S25 Plus in zoom camera.
Reportedly, the Galaxy S25 Slim will have a new ISOCELL JN5 Telephoto camera with 50-megapixel resolution and 3.5x optical zoom.
Samsung’s unannounced ISOCELL HP5 may debut with the S25 Slim, featuring 200-megapixel resolution and advanced Pixel Binning tech.
In addition, the device may have another 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN5. It will allow you to capture stunning ultrawide and landscape shots.
The leaker’s X post suggests that the Galaxy S25 Slim’s battery may have a capacity of 4700mAh to 5000mAh, which may be confirmed in the future.
Samsung hasn’t yet finalized the battery capacity of the S25 Slim. Given the specs, the phone must have a battery similar to the S25 Plus.
